Xiaomi confirms 120 watt fast charging support in Redmi Note 11 series

Xiaomi’s subsidiary Redmi is set to launch its new flagship Note 11 series phones on October 28.

The company has confirmed this great feature of the new phones on its official Weibo page.


This is the first time that Redmi’s midrange phones are offering fast charging support.

Earlier, the Note 10 which was launched in China had 67 watts . But the model which was launched for global users had only 33 watts fast charging support.

It is hoped that  that the Redmi Note 11 series launched for international markets will have 120 watt fast charging support.

The company plans to launch the Redmi Note 11 and Note 11 Pro. But reports say that the Note 11 Pro Plus may also be also be launched with the Redmi Note 11.

Redmi has also released teaser images of the phones.

The picture suggests that the Redmi Note 11 Pro will have a fingerprint scan on the side, while both phones will have 3 cameras on the back and one camera on the front.

Readme Note 11 Pro will have support or Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth v5.2 support according to the teaser released by the company. It is rumored that Redmi Note 11 may be powered by Media Tek Dimensity SoCs.

Xiaomi CEO revealed in his post that the Redmi 11 will 3.5mm audio jack.
The Redmi Note 11 will have 4 to 8 GB of RAM and 128 to 256 GB of storage options.
