Outcome of Independence March
S A Zaid
The long march was very noisy and according to Imran Khan they were bringing a flood of 2 million people to Islamabad.
The world saw in one day what happened. Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah locked Punjab in such a way that many PTI leaders could not participate in the march.
The people of Punjab including Lahore did not accept the said march. In the city of Lahore with a population of 1.5 crore, barely two and a half thousand people came out. The caravan from South Punjab including Multan did not even see ten servants. Some PTI leaders tried to come to Islamabad but could not.
According to PML-N sources, several PTI leaders expressed their desire to arrest themselves. However, the people of Punjab did not take any interest in this long march. People from KP alone participated in the march and according to sources, despite the PTI government in KPK for the last eight years, the number of participants from there was between 20,000 and 25,000.
Sources also said that Imran Khan was very disappointed with the number of participants in the march. The biggest disappointment came when he found out that only a few people from Punjab came to join the march and most of the leaders were absent.
Police vehicles set on fire. More than 27 police and Rangers personnel were injured and property damaged. Following the court order, there were repeated announcements from Imran Khan’s container that the workers should reach D-Chowk. However, this was a blatant violation of the Supreme Court order. Rather, it
Racer falls into the category of contempt of court. By the way, Imran Khan has never respected the constitution and the law, nor has he brought to mind any of his benefactors. Jahangir Tareen and Aleem Khan are living examples of this. Similar incidents took place in Lahore and Karachi.
Certain PTI journalists and the rest of the media house or media house were not tolerated. Journalists, journalists’ offices and even cameramen on duty were stoned and stoned in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad yesterday.
In Karachi, the female journalist was not only insulted but also tortured and her team.
What was the result of all this waste? Nothing. However, Imran Khan was relieved by the aforesaid so-called “Independence March”. But in this uproar, the issue of illegal and unjust punishment of popular and brave Kashmiri leader Yasin Malik was suppressed.
It is also unfortunate that the claimant of Kashmir’s ambassador did not say anything about this punishment. In addition, the issues that were to be settled with the IMF on May 25, were also postponed, the ongoing examinations of children in schools were suspended.
Someone may ask what is the agenda of Imran Khan? What do they want? The events of the past day show that they only want power instead of development, political stability, economic prosperity and prosperity of the nation. His ambition is to gain power anyway. The issue is not who owns the government. The goal should be national development and prosperity of the nation.
There was a long march and the results came out. It is now up to the judiciary to decide what action to take. The Lord of the Universe says: Beware of the evil of the one whom you do good to.
Hopefully those who understand will understand. Imran Khan has now escaped the march with a six-day ultimatum.
However, they are well aware that this is not possible. But let’s face it, people are afraid to say anything. Otherwise, even after six days, he has to do what he has mentioned.
The government is still adamant that it will complete the rest of the term and there is no question of holding early elections. Right now the government’s way is about to open.
There is a strong possibility of a settlement with the IMF next week. In addition, there are strong hopes for aid and loans from three or four countries on easy terms. The only obstacle to aid and loans from these countries is the agreement with the IMF, which is nearing completion.
According to experts, the general public and the business community will not be affected by the IMF’s terms because aid from other countries and loans on easy terms will provide substantial support in this regard.
In addition, contacts are being made with some countries to review trade agreements and new agreements to significantly increase exports. Consideration is also being given to the development of the agricultural sector and to provide facilities to the farmers.
According to sources, these government initiatives will soon start showing significant improvement in the economic situation. Consideration is also being given to controlling the flight of the US dollar and improving the situation on the stock exchange. I once again strongly condemn the illegal and oppressive punishment meted out to Sher Kashmir Yasin Malik by India and this is the duty of every Pakistani.

Many people believe that taking vitamin D, including Covid-19, will prevent them from a variety of ailments.
Vitamin D is one of the most popular dietary supplements. It is most commonly used with calcium. Together, they can help to strengthen bone structure and so protect against osteoporosis.
Vitamin D, on the other hand, is involved in the release of hormones and neurotransmitters, and hence in a range of metabolic processes, blood pressure management, nerve and muscle function, and so on.
Low vitamin D levels are linked to an increased risk of disease.
This leads to the conclusion that low vitamin D levels may raise the risk of a variety of diseases. Indeed, numerous large observational studies have found a link, for example, between various cardiovascular illnesses, various types of cancer, diabetes, and depression.
The recent discovery that patients with low vitamin D levels also had more severe Covid-19 symptoms generated quite a stir. So, in pill form, might vitamin D be an all-powerful patron saint?
“Study results almost always disappointing”
Unfortunately it’s not that easy. “A statistical association does not yet prove a causal connection,” explains Dr. Stephan Scharla from the German Society for Endocrinology in conversation with NetDoktor. For this purpose, so-called controlled intervention studies are necessary. Group A receives vitamin D for a longer period of time, group B a placebo. At the end of the study, physicians and participants learn who received what. And then it’s counted.
“The results were almost always disappointing,” reports the doctor. For example, those who had taken vitamin D developed coronary heart disease, heart failure, depression or type 2 diabetes about as often as participants who did not take vitamin D.
The reason for this is that people with low vitamin D levels are frequently unhealthy in general. People who do not walk much, for example, have a higher risk of heart disease and diabetes, and are less likely to be outside in the sun.
“Of course, they have correspondingly low vitamin D levels,” explains a Bad Reichenhall-based resident endocrinologist. Sunlight acts as a catalyst, allowing the vitamin to develop in the skin. The human body manufactures 90% of the vitamin D it requires.
Similarly, elderly folks spend less time outside. “Plus, their skin is already less able to synthesize vitamin D,” the endocrinologist explains. Overweight people, on the other hand, require more of the fat-soluble vitamin in general because more of it is stored in fatty tissue, leaving less available for current metabolism.
Low vitamin D levels are so rarely the cause of health problems, but rather develop in tandem with them.
In this context, studies on men and women with low vitamin D levels due to genetics were especially fascinating. They are no more prone than the general population to suffer cardiovascular disease or diabetes.
The immune system is regulated by vitamin D.
Aside from bone production, vitamin D appears to have a significant impact on another critical health factor: the immune system. “Vitamin D is undeniably an immune system regulator. It affects the function of many immune cells, such as regulatory T cells, as well as cytokine release,” Scharla explains. The latter are inflammatory messenger molecules that cause inflammation.
This could explain why the vitamin is useful for inflammatory disorders, such as rheumatoid arthritis, and could perhaps postpone the formation of type 1 diabetes. According to the endocrinologist, vitamin D probably plays a minor role in the orchestra of different factors, but “for persons who have a predisposition to autoimmune illnesses, it could be worthwhile to compensate for low vitamin D levels.”
Immune modulation could potentially explain the vitamin’s beneficial effect on the course of Covid-19. Because it is often the violent immune response, not the virus, that substantially worsens the course of the disease. “Vitamin D can re-regulate overactive immunological responses,” Scharla explains. However, vitamin D alone will not be enough to stop the epidemic.
With normal vitamin D levels, vitamin pills are useless
However, all of these positive effects only occur in people whose vitamin D levels are actually too low. If you are already sufficiently supplied, an additional gift cannot help you.
Taking dietary supplements without a specific deficiency is not a good idea anyway. “We already know that from vitamin E ,” reports the endocrinologist. Years ago, large studies had shown that the consumption of appropriate dietary supplements shortens life instead of lengthening it.
