New Research Findings : What are the effects of eating one egg daily on the body?

If you want to avoid heart disease, including heart attack and stroke, diabetes type 2, then make it a habit to eat eggs.

This was revealed in a new medical study.

Research published in the journal Nutrition states that eating 5 or more eggs per week helps to avoid heart disease.

The study also found that people who eat more eggs also have a lower risk of getting affected by type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure.

For this research, experts examined the data of a study that started in 1971 and involved more than 5,000 people.

Their health was assessed once every four years to see if they were suffering from heart disease or any other disease.

Each time during the medical examination, these people were filled out questionnaires and a record of egg-eating habits was also compiled.

After analyzing the data, the researchers discovered that eating 5 or more eggs per week did not have any negative effects on blood sugar or blood pressure.

In fact, they discovered that eating eggs in moderation improved blood sugar levels, while reducing the risk of high blood sugar and type 2 diabetes.

According to the researchers, such people also have low blood pressure levels and a lower risk of suffering from high blood pressure, which helps to avoid heart disease.

Researchers said that the results prove that the use of eggs does not have an effect on blood sugar or blood pressure, but making them a part of the diet protects against various diseases.
