According to a medical study conducted in China, drinking tea or coffee reduces the risk of stroke and reduces the risk of dementia.

New research on tea, conducted by the Chinese Tianjin Medical University, has revealed new results.

The study looked closely at more than 365,000 healthy volunteers between the ages of 50 and 74. The study included volunteers from 2006 to 2010 who were part of the study by 2020.

Out of more than 365,000 volunteers, 5,079 had dementia and 10,053 had at least one stroke during the study.

Research has shown that daily consumption of 2 to 3 cups of coffee, 3 to 5 cups of tea or 4 to 6 cups of coffee and tea can reduce the risk of stroke or dementia.

Research has shown that people who drink 2 to 3 cups of tea or coffee a day have a 32% lower risk of stroke and a 28% lower risk of dementia.
