BOSTON: At the annual berry conference in the US, experts reported finding more proof that strawberries can enhance heart health.

According to Illinois Institute of Technology professor Burt Burton Freeman, cutting out fruit from the diet can increase the risk of diabetes and heart disease. Strawberries, however, can fill this gap and are essential in keeping the heart healthy in this regard. But it’s crucial to consume a full cup of strawberries each day.
