What kitchen items can increase your risk of cancer

Cases of different types of cancer are increasing all over the world, but did you know that there are some items in our kitchen whose daily use we are increasing the chances of cancer ourselves.

Today we are telling you about some such things used in the kitchen.

Plastic:

Plastic poses a threat not only to the environment but also to human health, plastic utensils and water bottles in our kitchen are also plastic.

Plastic contains the chemical BPA, which damages our hormones and immunity.

Non-stick utensils:

Nonstick utensils are used in every household because they use less oil and do not burn food, but did you know that these nonstick utensils cause kidney, ovarian in women and testicular cancer in men.

Tin-canned food:

The trend of tin-canned foods is also found in many people because unseasonal foods are preserved by applying chemicals in tin cans that cause cancer.

Refined oil:

Refined oil is the oil used for cooking, in which trans fat present in it causes breast and bowel cancer.

Soda or soft drinks:

Any function is considered incomplete without soda or soft drinks and it is also present in the kitchen of every house, its use not only increases the amount of sugar in the body but also causes cancer.

According to research in the journal PLOS Medicine, the use of soda increases the chances of cancer in the body by 13 percent.
